Booking Tours and Events

Looking for a place to hold your next event? Draves Arboretum is an ideal location for professional conferences, club meetings, or your next family get together. The grounds provide a beautiful setting for seasonal outdoor events and our Richards Complex can accommodate groups for conferences, with provided seating, air conditioning for summer months, preparation and serving area for catered lunches, as well as a projector for presentations.

Guided tours of the Arboretum are tailored to a group’s interest level and knowledge base; tours range from nature walks for young children to Green Industry professionals and college students looking to broaden their woody plant identification skills. Tour length is approximately one hour to ninety minutes in length, and consist of a history of the arboretum, viewing tree collections, and unique facts and growing information on various specimens throughout the grounds. Call the office to discuss your group dynamic and we will work with you to create a unique experience to fit your interests.
